Playing in the snow

Sunday we got our first snow that stuck. On the way to church on Sunday I slipped and slide all over the place. I was unable to make it up the hill on the way to church. I got the truck into a near by church and another member of the ward took the kids and I up the road to church. Luke then met us after church and followed me home, all safe and sound. Since then the roads have gotten better and we have received more snow. Today I took the kids out to play in the snow in our front yard. They had fun. Qyanna wanted to do and go where ever Jackson was. It was so cute. We had fun, and I took lots of pictures.

Halloween and Pumpkin Carving

Today is Halloween. It is also cold and snow, so I didn't take the kids trick or treating. But we did go to Trick or Treat Town in Anchorage on Saturday. The kids had fun getting candy there. Before we left to go I took pictures of the kids in their costumes. So cute!!!

Friday we carved pumpkins. The kids had sooo much fun! Here are the pictures from both.

Jackson is 8!!!!

So I am late getting this posted. Blame it on the fact that I work 10 hours.

Last weekend Jackson had a friend over. Sadly his friend could only stay for an hour, so we made the best of it. We made personal pizzas, they made paper airplanes while the pizzas cooked. They ate, and then we did presents and cake. Over all Jackson had a fun time with his friend!

On his birthday, we went out for dinner. Jackson was able to open a few more presents. Then he and I went to the primary Halloween party. Now the pics from both nights!
